- Package is valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to availability.
- Package is valid from Monday to Sunday, excluding black-out dates (Singapore Airshow 20-25 February 2024, Porsche Singapore Classic 18-24 March 2024), Eve of and Public Holidays.
- Afternoon Tea session is available from 15:00 - 17:00, with advance reservation required.
- Access to pool & cabana reservation is available for 120 minutes from 10:00, with advance reservation required.
- Last timing for pool & cabana reservation is at 16:00.
- Buffet dinner is available from 18:00 to 21:30, with advance reservation required.
- Package is not valid in conjunction with other offers and promotions.
- Pre-payment is required upon purchase.
- Booking is non-refundable.
- For any cancellation or reschedule with less than eight (8) operating hours prior to the day of treatment, a 100% cancellation or reschedule fee will apply.
- For any "no-show" on the day of treatment, a 100% "no-show" fee will apply.
- Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing 9% GST.
